Empowering Township Entrepreneurs
LevelUp Training Institute, in partnership with Equilibria Foundation and funded by TETA, is currently implementing a groundbreaking 12-month project to empower 51 scholar transport entrepreneurs from Diepsloot, Roodepoort, and Westonaria.
The program, which is halfway through its journey, has already yielded significant results. The 3-month New Venture Creation Skills program, accredited by QCTO, has equipped participants with essential business skills, including financial management, marketing, and operations. Coupled with business diagnostics assessments, coaching, and mentorshipinterventions, the program is empowering these entrepreneurs to grow their businesses and create sustainable livelihoods.
Developing Digital Skills for the Future
LevelUp Training Institute, in collaboration with LNW Gaming Africa (Pty) Ltd, is currently running a 12-month End-User Computing program at our Kempton Park offices.
This program is designed to equip 15 learners with essential digital skills, including computer literacy, software applications, and basic IT troubleshooting. By providing these in-demand skills, LevelUp is empowering learners to secure employment opportunities in today’s digital age.
Building a Strong Foundation for Future Success
In 2023, LevelUp Training Institute partnered with LNW Gaming to deliver a comprehensive 12-month Business Administration Services Learnership program.
This program provided learners with practical skills in administration, finance, and human resources. By equipping learners with these fundamental skills, LevelUp is helping to build a skilled workforce that can contribute to the growth and development of South Africa’s economy.
ESD Program
LevelUp Training Institute has a track record of supporting SMMEs through our ESD program and driving their growth and success. One of our success stories is our partnership with Light and Wonder Gaming Africa, where we are project managing their ESD program and beneficiaries for three consecutive years. Through this collaboration, we have trained Topsinah and Mante staff on business administration services, and Mbomvu Accounting Consulting staff on project management.
